Serving Fontana has been one of the greatest honors of my life. My career began in public safety with the San Bernardino County Fire Department, where I served in leadership roles including Division Chief, County Fire Marshal, Valley Division Chief, and Chief of Support Services. That experience shaped my approach to leadership and taught me the importance of being prepared, working as a team, and always putting the community first.
Before joining the Fontana City Council, I served on the Fontana Planning Commission. Since then, I have had the opportunity to help guide Fontana through tremendous growth and change while working alongside residents, City employees, businesses, labor organizations, and community leaders.
My service has always extended beyond City Hall. I am a longtime member and Past President of the Fontana Rotary Club, serve with the Fontana Historical Society, and have represented Fontana on regional boards focused on transportation, public safety, infrastructure, and responsible planning.
What continues to motivate me is seeing Fontana move forward. Our community is changing, new families and businesses are choosing Fontana, and a new generation is beginning to make its mark on our city. I believe good leadership means listening to those changing needs, bringing people together, and being willing to tackle new challenges.
I am proud of what we have accomplished together, but I am even more focused on what comes next. I remain ready to listen, work hard, and continue delivering for the community I am proud to call home.
